All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit
Applied toward your total service price during checkout.

Certain services (Hot Seat™, Digital Walk-Ins™, Late Night Fadez™) are final sale deposits due to priority scheduling.
Regular Appointments
Must be rescheduled/canceled at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows = deposit forfeited

You are considered a no-show if:
You arrive 10 minutes or more after your appointment start time
You do not respond to messages
You fail to show up altogether
No-shows will result in:
✔ Deposit forfeited
✔ Possible suspension of booking privileges
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time
Follow shop rules
Provide correct personal/contact information
Respect barbers, staff, and other clients
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy violations.
Due to the nature of grooming services:
All deposits are non-refundable
Service fees are final once the service is completed
If an issue arises with your service, contact us directly for resolution.
By booking a service, you automatically enter our rewards system:
Loyalty Pointz™ earned with each completed cut
Birthday Buckz™ issued during your birthday month
Referral Rewardz™ issued when referred clients book
Reward expiration rules apply (typically 30 days).
Rewards may not be combined on the same appointment.
